Party Policies
Now that you’ve seen all that Hologram Zoo Lehigh Valley has to offer for special event packages, it’s time to work out the logistics. Below we’ve outlined our booking and payment policy so you are in the know from the start!
Party Booking
When booking your party at Hologram Zoo Lehigh Valley, there are a few things to keep in mind to keep planning smooth and easy:
- Make reservations at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Children 3 and under are admitted free.
- No outside food or beverages are permitted.
- Guests are allowed to bring in outside desserts.
Payment
As you get closer to booking your party, you’ll want to know Hologram Zoo Lehigh Valley’s payment policy. Below, we’ve outlined everything you need to know:
- Customers will receive an invoice sent to the provided email address containing the link to make payment. The Non-Refundable $100 Direct Deposit payment amount is required to reserve your space at the time the invoice is received. If invoice is not paid in full at the time of receipt, the remaining balance is due no later than the event fee balance due date listed on the invoice.
- If a customer fails to pay the remaining balance by the deadline, Hologram Zoo Lehigh Valley (“Company”) may cancel the event reservation, with or without notice to the customer. Company has no obligation to host the event until full payment is received.
- The event may begin no earlier than the event start time and must end by the event end time indicated in the signed contract.
- Any changes to your event are due 72 hours in advance.
- Cancellations are required at least 1 week in advance. Deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is outside food permitted for parties?
- No outside food or beverages are permitted.
- We have pizza and 2-liter sodas available to order in advance.
- Guests are allowed to bring in outside desserts for party/event reservations.
- No food or drinks are allowed in or around the exhibit areas (e.g. Hologram Zoo, Hologram Room, Hologram Wall, Photo Booth) at any time.
What is the deposit amount required to book a party?
A signed contract and a $100 non-refundable deposit amount are required at booking, which will be applied toward the total event fee if not paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations are required at least 1 week in advance. Deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
How early in advance do I need to book my party?
Please make reservations at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your party room and to reserve your time.
