Host a group trip at Hologram Zoo Lehigh Valley. We offer a variety of group trip options perfect for all ages such as school field trips, senior citizen group trips, and all other groups looking for a high-tech, one-of-a-kind experience.

School Field Trips

Hologram Zoo Lehigh Valley offers School group trip reservations Monday through Thursday during normal business hours. The admission cost is $15 per person, with 1 free teacher admission per every group of 10+ students.

Field Trip Flow

  • “What is 3D?” Presentation (Suitable for Pre-K and Up) OR One Hologram Wall Session (Suitable for Grades 3-5) – 45 minutes
  • One Hologram Zoo Show (Choose from current show offerings) – 30 minutes
  • Group photos & videos from our Photo Studio (instantly downloadable via QR code) – 5-10 minutes
  • Projectogram gift, which is a 3D hologram card for each guest to take home
  • Explore the Merchandise (varied times)
  • Pizza is available to order in advance as an add-on made by our local friends at Antonio’s Pizzeria and G MAC Pizza & Wings
  • 2-Liter Drinks are available to order in advance as an add-on
  • Cupcakes are available to order in advance as an add-on made by our local friends at Sweet Girlz Bakery
  • Drinks are available for purchase

If pizza is not ordered from us, then guests may bring their packed lunch to eat in our party room, which will be reserved for your group for the field trip duration.

Field Trip Flow is subject to change based on group needs and current lessons available at the time of reservation.

Child and adult waiver forms must be completed for each guest prior to the start of the group trip.

Senior Citizens

Hologram Zoo Lehigh Valley offers Senior Citizen group trip reservations Monday through Thursday during normal business hours. The admission cost is $15 per person, with 1 free group leader admission per every group of 10+ senior citizens.

Payment

Customers will receive an invoice sent to the provided email address containing the link to make payment. The Non-Refundable $100 Direct Deposit payment amount is required to reserve your space at the time the invoice is received. If invoice is not paid in Full at the time of receipt, the remaining balance is due no later than the event fee balance due date listed on the invoice.

If a customer fails to pay the remaining balance by the deadline, Hologram Zoo Lehigh Valley (“Company”) may cancel the event reservation, with or without notice to the customer. Company has no obligation to host the event until full payment is received.
