  • All Ticket Purchases are Non-Refundable.
  • No Food or Beverages Permitted in or around any exhibits at any time.
  • All tickets are issued for a designated time slot, not a guaranteed entry time. While we do our best to stay on schedule, you may experience a wait time of up to 30 minutes before entering the venue, especially during peak hours.
  • Customer agrees not to cause any damage to the Hologram Zoo Lehigh Valley’s (“Company”) facility, space, equipment, exhibits, etc. affiliated with the Company.
  • The rules, procedures, and policies set aside by Hologram Zoo Lehigh Valley (“Company”) must be followed to ensure a safe, fun, and pleasant experience. The Company has the right to ask customers to leave if they refuse to abide with the Company’s rules, procedures, and policies.
